Yesterday I picked 6 or 7 Fatalli's and
2 Tabasco's and I was gonna dehydrate em
when I thought..............
Make a Sauce!!!!
Its pretty good but I will let it sit a day or 2 to let
all the flavors blend. Heat scale would be 6 or 7 out of 10
I used
6 or 7 Fatallis
2 Tabascos
6 baby carrots
3 cloves garlic
1/2 sweet yellow bell pepper
1/2 sweet red bell pepper
2 wedges from a plum
1/4th of a onion
juice from 1 fresh lime
water
vinegar
salt
sugar
roasted every thing (except the water vinegar salt and sugar )
put it all into my magic bullet then when I got the consistency
i liked put it into a sauce pan and brought it to a boil
let it cool then bottled it
cant give exact measurements since I made it up as I went along
