Yesterday was a beast, 30 MPH winds and 50 degrees. All were between 550 and 700 at stone level. #2 and #3 were closer to 700. I would say 3 to 4 minutes the 180 turn and about 3 more. I wanted to use the steel but the wood I had was too large to go into the refuel slots. Next time around I'll make sure wood works and use the steel. I am guessing I can get well past the 700 like that.tctenten said:I am glad to see that the crust looks good at the higher temps. What temp are you cooking at and for how long?
