My obsession with heat and food...JoynersHotPeppers

I have been a long time lurker and finally joined. I figured I'd start posting some of the things I cook or make with the peppers I grow.

First up

This is a Thai Cucumber salad I make with a rare Japanese cucumber I grow, peppers and cilantro are mine as well. I'll take better pictures with the next batch. I have enough stuff right now to do about 10 more 32oz jars.

Twins, both rubbed down with 2 different rubs and contain my 15 pepper blend.

Lobster roll with previous nights lobster leftovers. Contains one of my pepper blends.

Homemade lump crab cakes with black bean corn salsa I threw together. Cake have my tri-thai blend and 15 blend in the salsa.

Sausage and Peppers, Joyner style.

TB, I have to agree, she did it on purpose.  I however will never say a bad word about that woman.  She is a saint.  She not only puts up with you, but she didn't get mad when we destroyed your kitchen AND she had to drive me back to the strip.  I love her.

Chris you already know how I feel about seafood.
 
And I love looooooooooong time some crab cakes like that.
 
Hmmm...reminds me of the last time I ate crab cakes.

And Jay you wouldn't believe it but the first year mrs. blues and I were together I tried to dump her.
 
As a fishing guide in Alaska at the time I didn't reckon she'd put up with a directionless loser like myself.
 
She loves me because I'm guud luukin', smart, and I love her too.
 
She could be jivin' too.
 
She thinks cooking and cleaning are cities in China.

I rotate on injecting and I can certainly tell a difference but there are times I just like pig for what it is!
 
I use the rub + apple juice + apple cider vinegar
