when you started making your chili and talking about 2-day process etc, i was like "yeah, doing a ton of shit failed hard for me once ..."
 
i made bread, butter, latkes, spaetzle, meatballs,butterbeer, and a foam (that fell and looked like baby puke, or whatever) ...
 
it was an EPIC undertaking ... but anyways, i was reminded of it while you were laboring Friday night and SaturDAY on the DIY sausage, and then DIY meat combo meat, etc ...
