I was going to hit the "LIKE" button and then saw you had beans in that chili.
 
So I hit "LIKE" and " UNLIKE" about 472 times just to "UNLIKE" it.
 
But I hit "LIKE" 2,477 times for the melty schmelty scheeze!
 
Drunken nachos.  Dump out some chips and throw some cheese and jalapenos on top.  Bake, and dip in hot salsa and sour cream.

That's the kind of crap I cook when I come home drunft and want something spicy and quick.  Pretty much the only time I eat them.

FYI the salsa was Mrs. Renfros Ghost Pepper Salsa, and it is pretty darn good.
 
I have done nachos with pulled pork. Did chorizo another time. Gotta mix up the complementary toppings when doing each of those. Oh yeah, did some chopped up brisket another time.

Nachos is there anything they can't do?

One is the few jarred salsa worth buying. Used to like their ghost queso but I got burnt out on it after awhile.
