Hola! I'm an amateur chili head from Tennessee. I grew my first garden this year, which is predominantly chilis of some sort. The harvest is great, and bordering on overwhelming. This is the first time I've ever grown peppers in the ground. Usually have just stuck to containers. I never knew how big the plants would get or how big the yield would be! Anyway, I've got a ton of peppers to do something with, and have been searching the net for ideas and recipes. I will probably end up a regular here!
