For the waffle throwdown....

  • it should be homemade only, which can be flavored, stuffed, etc., and a unique dish is created with

  • it should be a challenge of what to do with a plain waffle only, so members can use store-bought or

The question is not whether it has been done before (it probably has), but if it is new to you, or you can bring some fresh perspective to it. Go for a cornbread waffle - and make it somehow better or different than it's ever been done before!
