Well then let's put off the brew down until october/November.

Makes sense no one wants to spend a lot of time making beer and then have it ruined in a day or two from their house to my door.

I won't be disappointed if it's just an "IPA" contest, and people can make IPA's of any strength and/or a NE IPA or Cascadian IPA ...

I'll probably make an NE IPA, if I haven't already, but no need to pigeon hole anyone into a specific kind on my account ... I think Ozzy wasn't particularly interested, or maybe it was someone else ...

Actually, I think Ozzy became interested after looking into them a bit ... so nevermind that ...
