Both of these sound interesting and are very new to me as I have never heard of either until they were posted in this thread.  I would be game to attempt either.
 
I'd like to bottle the remaining Mulberara and Bhut Subduction to be able to have empty freezers for bleaching etc ... so I might do a trial run using XXX Mild ...
 
A pic of the final oatmeal stout..  Still needs another week before the flavours meld completely, but couldn't resist temptation any longer..

Have four of those, one plastic (sucks), one metal (as pictured), and two additional metal one's with barbs on the out for running a tube down to the bottom ... but, it's BeerGun time!
