myeah the spicyness of it was really good last year. I really, really liked it. I've been excited for a year to get these cherries again and brew it again. I just want to step it up. I may split batch and do vanilla in one and cardamom in the other. Wheebz said cardamom is extremely potent, and I don't want it up front. I would want it to be like "what's in this" then read the label and see cardamom and say oh yeah type thing.

Pilsner is going into the keezer to lager now. D rest over. Sample taste pretty damn smooth already. Not sure how long I'll lager it yet. At least 2 weeks though.

Trying to do the hops right this year. Ran some twine for it to climb. This one is Columbus. The Cascade died.

Yeah. It would be fun to use for some aroma hops.

Holy active ferment. Had to put a blow off on. Can't believe it with how much headspace there was.

Sample finished at 1.010. Taste great without the additional cherries and vanilla already.

Installed some new fittings on the new pot.

Got rid of the selfless bulkhead


And put in a whirlpool port. Just have to buy the arm and quick connect hose fittings now to really step up my game.
