PaulG 2014

Grow List 2014 - Many new varieties and a few repeaters.
This is the third year of my original three year plan to grow a slew of different
types to see what grows well here before settling on some consistent performers.
I'd love to grow some of the new varieties from this season again, and some more
of my favorites from 2012, but not enough space.  But I have seed for my favorites for
season 2015, so I have something to look forward to already!

Major goal for season 2014 - lay in a good supply of super hot powder!

Just a quick update on the wild Texas Tepins.  This one has the most ripe pods; all will have to go to the greenhouse when and if I need space for starts in party cups:

Not pictured, the Trinidad Scorpion (USHotStuff).  It's growing very slowly, but
tiny true leaves showing.  Just not big enough to make an interesting picture.

Looking great Paul!! I will endeavour to get those seeds I promised you out early next week ... Still haven't been home to sort it out.

thats gonna be a lot of pruning if u gonna grow wild lol,  Growing wild is a good thing, right?    ;)
Probably going to just get them started in the aero then transplant
so I can start some shorter season varieties in there.

Great little sprouts... So about a month out from germination? Looking sharp man... Thanks, Adam
22 days from sowing in the Jiffy pellets, and anywhere from 8 days to
17 days since hooking.  The heat mat really makes a difference - never
used one before.  I can tell that the roots are growing out because the
more vigorous plants are really starting to take off.  I'm going to have to
get rid of some cups to make room for the new sprouts: Cheiro Recife,
MoA Scotch Bonnet, Trinidad 7 Pot Jonah, Brown Eggs, and the PI 441598
cross.  All hooked in five days except the Jonah which hooked in 4!

Thanks, Tristen!

Relax, my friend - you take care of your own business first!
It will take you a while to come down from that long holiday!

A few pics and everyone's happy. Nice job on the peppers. Can't wait to see the aerogarden.
Yeah, gotta quiet the mob once in a while or get eaten alive

I put the aero together this evening.  Will try to get it up and
running tomorrow or Thursday.    :woohoo:

Very nice Paul!

They sure grew fast for sure!

I'm starting to think we're all in space issues :D
That is an understatement, my friend;
just too many cool varieties to grow.
Thanks, Scott!  Gotta give credit to the T5HO set-up; it really
kicks the plants into high gear.  I have culled seedlings from
cups with three, and will cull down to one per cup very soon.

Plants are looking great Paul. When do we get to see the Aero garden in operation?
Seeds soaking right now, my friend!  Will get them into the
aerogarden tomorrow, and then a pic will be forthcoming!
I'm saving a few seeds of each variety to start in in Jiffies
or seedling mix in case I mess up.  I feel like a noob with
the aerogarden!
