Yeah, they got sold out like 2 years ago and are unavailable ever sinceThen I must be lucky because Vertiloom currently don't list this variety

I am especially thankful for THP friends. What a great forum.
HUGE surprise box from Ahayastani - chock full of authentic mexican
pepper products. Can't wait to dig into some of this stuff, especially the
jars of Don Emilio pepper sauce. They look delicious. Then there are the
bags of dried Norita and Guajillo peppers, candy, hot sauces. And a cool
bamboo mug!
Big shout out to Dieter! I will enjoy Reggie's 'roaming tome' book before
sending it on to someone else.

The salsa macha of chile morita is my favourite commercial salsa. If your tastebuds are like mine, you'll notice the jar empty by the end of next week. Combines well with cheese and sweet. I also add it to marmelade (especially strawberry) and beans (beans + unaged cheese + salsa macha).

Yes, queso fresco. We don't produce other cheese types here in the tropics. Lots of salt and often even lemon (natural preservatives).
