Pepper People are the Best

Been looking at all the pod porn, you guys and gals Rock.  lots of really cool pepper varieties, some I'm still trying to guess what they might be. I'm sure they will make some mighty fine rubs, powders and sauces and flavored salts.
I will be smoking some 7 pod infinities to make a nice rub for a Pork shoulder that will make some very tasty pulled pork sandwiches topped off with a dash of Chocolate Bhut sauce  and washed down with some ice cold Beer. For me though I will have to take it easy on the sauce and beer as I don't want to freek my Liver and stomach out to much.
 
Thanks Vidal.. had a great meet up with Vegas... got him seeds earlier in the season and he didnt waste any time growing tthem.. hope i can get them to flourish like he did

Again . . . Pepper People truly are the best!  Received these (2) amazing packages today.  Now all I need to do is somehow decide what to dive into 1st - it's quite a nice dilemma.

Pods are wonderful, powder looks great, but in all honesty, I think that the salsa is what I'll dive into first.  Knowing you, I'm guessing that it has a pretty decent kick to it - it already has a place on my dinner menu!  The smoked Reaper sauce has me both intrigued and nervous - looking forward to trying it.   Many thanks!

Sauce looks great - can't wait to open it - I love garlic based sauces.  The jalapenos are outstanding - already opened one of the jars.  The other canned peppers look like they are going to kick my butt!  They are on tomorrows lunch menu.  Many thanks!
 
Not sure what I ever did to deserve such good friends, but I truly appreciate the generosity.

Awesome, I get to make my first "thank you" post in here.

Big thanks to Mike (barley-pop) for a nice surprise package of beef jerky, I've heard alot about. I haven't had a chance to taste it or take a picture of it yet as I got it in the mail as I was leaving for a Dr appointment. Looks great though. Thanks Barley-pop!!!!

I will send you a seed list and you let me know if there's anything I can send you in return

Nice!! Oh they will flourish for sure! Now you got a nice head start on the bubblegum for next season, you'll be getting twice as much more pods if not more. Enjoy!

Btw: In case anyone didn't know, I'm also Vidal on Facebook. Typical for having 2 names Walter Vidal. OG Mexican naming you know lmao.
