When I used to hunt I would always bring one entire deer to my butcher buddy who would turn all that he could into jerky. He had an amazing super spicy seasoning that he used before he smoked the jerky. I really need to get back into deer hunting.
That Mystery Wine powder is no joke. You'll get addicted to it fast. I opened his smoked Chocolate Lava powder last night and that stuff is righteous.
That smoked flake is the tits. Been shaking it on every thang.Pepper Ridge Farm said:Just like a kid on Christmas this box was on my doorstep when I got home. I knew right away who it was from with the Illinois outer tape and he sent this without asking. In my package I receives three fermented hot sauces # 6, 8, 9 and Taco, Roasted Red Hot, and BBQ sauce w/ smoked red morougas. Also received three powder/flakes Mixed Red, Mixed Yellow, and Crushed Red/Chocolate smoked. Just got home but will start savoring all of these hot sauces as I post this BIG thanks, Buddy you are da man!

Who's Kevin?fiogga said:Thanks you all, I have quite a lot to learn about smoking. Kevin's powders are incredible, I went to the best for a test drive!
I think you missed the sarcastic smile.fiogga said:Whose Kevin, he's wayright. In my humble opinion, wayright and chapman make some of the tastiest powders I've ever come across. Fearing I might not be able to obtain certain powders in the future made me realize I better try my hand at trying to reproduce that flavor I've come to appreciate in their creations. I really don't know if these fellows sell their powders, if they don't, they should. Kevin's Peanut Butter Bonnet is sublime, I'm growing extra bonnet's this season to send him to beg for more in case he's not making it this season.
