Pepper People are the Best

Venison is damn good as long as it's butchered and bled/soaked correctly. If it isn't it can be gamey as hell and taste like liver (which I absolutely hate). When I used to hunt I would always bring one entire deer to my butcher buddy who would turn all that he could into jerky. He had an amazing super spicy seasoning that he used before he smoked the jerky. I really need to get back into deer hunting.

That Mystery Wine powder is no joke. You'll get addicted to it fast. I opened his smoked Chocolate Lava powder last night and that stuff is righteous.

Just like a kid on Christmas this box was on my doorstep when I got home.  I knew right away who it was from with the Illinois outer tape and he sent this without asking.  In my package I receives three fermented hot sauces # 6, 8, 9 and Taco, Roasted Red Hot, and BBQ sauce w/ smoked red morougas.  Also received three powder/flakes Mixed Red, Mixed Yellow, and Crushed Red/Chocolate smoked.  Just got home but will start savoring all of these hot sauces as I post this BIG thanks, Buddy you are da man!

Serrano asked me for Large Orange Thai for the growdown. I said sure & then realized he's in Poland. Thought it better make it worth our while & I think we agreed that I'd send him 4 pepper varieties & he'd send me 4 pumpkins & squashes. I decided to throw in more & gave him 14 varieties. It took my package about 9 days to get to Poland. Took his about 6 weeks but when I got it yesterday... BOOM! 28 pumpkin & squash varieties & 5 tomatoes. Holy Moly. Pepper people are indeed the best.

It didn't hurt any that I also got the Non-Pepper Seed Train back to me yesterday & it was bursting at the seams. Stayed up until 3am figuring out what to take & add before sending it out for Round 2.

I just got a package from wayright.  I asked if rather than doing the whole SASBE thing, if I could just email him a sfrb label.  He agreed and asked if there was anything else in particular I wanted other than the 3 varieties he was offering to offset the extra costs of the label.  I asked for the #2 and #3 thing on my unpublished wishlist.

What do I get in the mail today?  Not only did he fulfill those, he snuck in my #1, 7 Pot Lava.  He included a total of 10 varieties, and I'm not talking small bags either of anything.  None of which I already had.

I received:
7 Pot Lava
Trinidad Scorpion Butch T
Brainstrain (Red?)
Cappuccino SB
Coral Reef
Chupetinho
Yellow Infinity
Christmas Baby
Donne Sali (dried pods)
Black Prince (dried pods)

Thanks again man!

Whose Kevin, he's wayright. In my humble opinion, wayright and chapman make some of the tastiest powders I've ever come across. Fearing I might not be able to obtain certain powders in the future made me realize I better try my hand at trying to reproduce that flavor I've come to appreciate in their creations. I really don't know if these fellows sell their powders, if they don't, they should. Kevin's Peanut Butter Bonnet is sublime, I'm growing extra bonnet's this season to send him to beg for more in case he's not making it this season.
