That is not crappy at all! That is a brilliant idea, like an open-faced sandwich but a full grilled cheese... with chili! Come one man. This is sheer brilliance!!! Like the first guy who did grilled cheeses as burger buns but way better! Because this is not flashy or hype, it's actually manageable and makes sense, and this should be on menus now! Awesome!!!!
