Booma and PIC1 and FB and Sum cook some of my fav dishes on the forum, but JHP, PK and JT (and Essegi) are kind of the most helpful contributors because they regularly inspire my daily driver's, and I have to eat *MANY* more of those!

(Advance apologies, I'm sure I've left folks out - but the point's not who, it's what) ...

I say go for the new thread.....but remember that folks in the "cooking with fire" category will expect a hot component!

I wanted to spice up the turkey but the old lady had a fit so had to just rely on some powder in the end. I like lots of powder on my taters. A lil of everything in there. smoked naga, scorpion, 7pot yellow, un smoked reaper.

It wasn't the best gravy, was one those Jenny-0 bake in the bag breasts. The gravy that came with it was bland and watery. I did end up getting more though.

As for FB friends hating you...I think I have had 100+ people unfollow me due to foodporn :)
