It's good on toast with spicy mustard and onion. no so great on crackers.

isnt German braunschweiger a bit smokier than American (liverwurst)? My wife, daughter and Mother LOVE the stuff - It wouldnt on my list to order for a sandwich but I would eat it if presented to me. I've seen a couple of dip recipes for it too. All in all you posted in the right spot
