food-bev Ribs Anyone??

Took off the foil, and basted with BBQ sauce.....blasted them under the broiler....came out looking a little like this:

Did the shrimp and zucchini in the oven as well:

Hit them with the Famous Daves rub and skewered the shrimp...

Man something weird is going on here. I too am making ribs. Southern style for me. I marinated them in Weber's Chipotle marinade along with some 357 Ghost sauce and the rest of a bottle of Blair's Berserker sauce. Should be good and hot. Also added some of HeartbreakingDawn's Cajun rubs and another Applewood rub.

Dude...these ribs were so tender....so flavorful....I could have extracted the bones clean without disturbing the rack and mashed the meat with the back of a spoon!!

They were so damn good!!!
