It's Chili making time

First we need to get our 3 dumps set up.

Dump #1
4 tsp. Onion Powder
1 tsp. Cayenne
4 tsp. Wylers Beef Granules or Powder
1/2 tsp. Salt
4 tsp. Wylie's Chicken Granules or Powder
2 Tbl. Light Chili Powder
4 Tbl. Dark Chili Powder

Dump #2
4 tsp. Cumin
4 tsp. Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp. Hot Stuff (see below)
2 Tbl. Light Chili Powder
4 Tbl. Dark Chili Powder
2 Packets Sazon Goya con Azafran

Dump #3
2 Tbl. Light Chili Powder
2 tsp. Cumin
1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp. Cayenne
1/2 tsp. Brown Sugar

Brown ground meats

2 lbs, Ground Pork
2 lbs. Ground Bison
2 lbs. Ground Beef

When that's done remove and brown 2 pounds of Stew Meat.

When that's looking sexy, return the ground meats and add

Dump #1
2 cans Swanson's Beef Broth
1 can Swanson's Chicken Broth
1 large can Hunts Tomato Sauce
Float 5 Jalapeños and 5 Serrano peppers

Bring to a boil then reduce to simmer, cover and cook for 1 hour.

While that's cooking get out the Smoked Brisket and run it through the Food Processor so it's liked Chopped Brisket.

At the end of the 45 minutes add the smoked brisket.

Reduce heat to low for 30 minutes. After this if your serving the next day you can cool and place in the refrigerator. Warm it back up an hour before serving and 10 minutes before serving continue, if serving now continue with below.

10 minutes before serving add the third dump and adjust for salt, chili powder, cumin and cayenne. Serve with shredded Sharp Cheddar and Sour Cream if desired.
