we haven`t been to a store for weeks. we stocked up weeks ago and now we get stuff like perishables and liquor and beer delivered by Instacart and Drizly. i`m the only one in my household to leave the house and only for work. my job is literally a 1 minute drive or a 3 minute walk from my house. i can see my workplace when i look out my window. i am basically quarantined at work as it is only out in the shop and the owner in the office. does delivered food/booze disqualify me from posting?

Had a brief conversation with a Twisp city worker who said they can only have 1 person per vehicle and no sharing of machinery. Like backhoes, etc. This was last week.....in Twisp!!!

Heart of Palm and Onion Cakes
 
While I'm working on another food project, a family member opened a can of heart of palm and wasn't sure what to do with it. So I found a decent recipe.
 
cake Ingredients:
 
1 can heart of palm
some garlic
some parsley
1/2 onion
cuban mustard
1 egg
1/4 cup mayo
3/4 panko / italian breadcrumbs
salt
pepper
more panko to bread the cakes
 
Sauce ingredients:
 
1 1/4 cup mayo approx. 
1/4 cup yellow mustard approx.
about a Tblspn paprika
1 teaspoon creole seasoning
a bit of salt
a bit of pepper
some garlic
some parsley 
some oregano
some red pepper flakes
