I think Joyner's won that round. Looks juicier and Booma's looks white as chicken. Perhaps not enough smoke.

Actually, depends on the pic you look at w/Booma's - some are washed out, others not. Regardless, both look great!

Yeah kinda weird the assembled sammie looks darker. But the pulled meat looks like chicken breast.
