food Sandwich of the Month

Sorry germs no pickled peños. LDHS orange. As far as the last pic, yeah, it's bad. I didn't realize how bad it was until AFTER I finished stuffing my facehole.

Nothing fancy here, more for function so I can contemplate the TD, and soak up any future HHWiskey that may need soakedness.

If there is anything Paula Deen (RIP) has taught me, you need lots of,

BUTTER. sugah!

~For sandwiches I usually break the yolk,

~Lots of BP and Red Habanero powder,

~After the first egg flip, add Tillamook Cheddar and ham (somehow not pictured)

~Then flip again so the ham is under the cheese and egg. Trust.

~Meanwhile, mayo the toasted sesame seed buns, and add a layer of them pickled peños.

And I added a thick slice of local Tomato. cha-ching!
Also not pictured, LDHS high voltage top secret Scooby Dew sauce, Tapatio, and Phil that coon ass' Green Monster sauce. I like to add different sauces to each bite. What can I say, I am a Gemini.

Top o' the morning to you!

Ok, but it was also messy as all get-out, so no sliced-open pic. I'd suggest putting some cheese on the english muffin instead of on the tomatoes so it would hold together better. I ate about half as a sammie, but knife-and-forked the rest. But DANG this was good! I will definitely make it again next time I'm in the mood for a hot brekky.

And geesh.... I'm full, but I still want another one.....

You're a damm girl.

daaaeeuumm, girl!

Something about fresh toms on brekky sams. mmm

Messy you say? I have always said, the best foods run down your arm!

Good job chica.

So I asked my son to start a pork shoulder in the crock pot, which he did. Only he didn't realize that slow and low tends to bring out the spicinextess, and he got into my pepper powders and had fun with them. Translation: the pork shoulder is hot enough that he won't touch it, so I need to find a way to use it by myself. Hence, another brekky sammie, before putting the lid on it:

That's a toasted wheat english muffin topped with chopped pork shoulder, egg, tomatoe, red bell pepper, green onion, basil, parmesan cheese, and jalapenos. It was only slightly less messy than the last one!

(Pulled pork: it's not just for breakfast anymore.)
