Its the only logical move to have the March TD as well as March SOTM to be Mardi Gras.

The TD is roux based and much differnt than this thread and to be sure any sammich at anytime can be posted here.

Ohh shoot. I'm too late to suggest March should be the ruebin month.. seeing how its st patricks day and all... Oh well. I'll be good for a ruebin in a couple weeks!

But... reubens have nothing to do with Ireland or St. Patty's day. Corned beef and cabbage is St. Patty's food, that's about it.

That is right up my alley boss man. If I have some time this weekend, I'll surely join in. This is my second favorite holiday of the year. Second only to Cinco de Mayo since the mexicans drink more with thei hot food. :D

I believe it was sourdough.
 
I got all the stuff from the hippy store aka Whole Foods aka Whole Paycheck.
 
Good quality cheese and corned beef from their deli.
 
I'm quite sure its crap compared to a real deal Jewish Deli in NYC. 
 
Where else could you find a crock brined and cure pickle but in NYC or NJ?
 
Definitely not Texas and fo'sho' as hell not the big dry ditch.
 
It sucks really.
