Sorry, wouldn't want to keep The TB waiting. I was going to eat first, but NOOOO. Here you go. I don't have a name for this one. Just a crazy idea that came to me yesterday. We'll just call it JayT's Fiery Bacon Ranch Cheese Steak.

Ingredients:

Thin sliced chicken breast (got the butcher to do it)
Red Onion
Jalapeno
Habanero
Bacon
Homemade Pickled Cucumber, Onion, and Habanero
Ranch Dressing
Knepper's Peppers Jimmy Scorpion Sauce
Queso
Monterey Jack Cheese
Italian Roll
French Sea Salt
Crack Black Pepper
