Yesterday I bought a big bag of King Arthur WG flour.

Any pizza or tortilla's I make en la futura are going to be artisan hippy style.

I told mrs. blues the same thing when we were at the store.

She said, "whatever", while grabbing a 10 pack of butter tortillas.
 
we'll see ... and, i'm rarely drunk ...

i wish i was spending a much time drunk as ya'll think, though ... that would certainly be more fun!
 
indeed ... we each usually have 2-3 shots (1.5 oz) of spirits ... about 3-4 times/week ... so that's 9-18oz per person per week ...

i've got drunk about 3 times since I started using THP ... you can tell them apart, too, because danielle's been on the floor cleaning up 2 of those 3 times =)

fwiw ... the medical establishment rec's 1 drink/day for women, and 2/day for men ...

that means we actually - without really ever thinking about it - sit naturally right around the rec ...

The bread is just the local shops, baked fresh daily, under the name of Fresh Artisan Loaf.

Just purchased a couple artisan bread baking books, so soon will be using the WFO a whole lot more

Booma, that's your second slammin' po' boy. And an Aussie that knows about dressing the bottom so the juices (tomato/pickle) don't run down and sog up the breading. The better joints do that... you got it bro! You a Cajun? ;)
