Nope, just went back to January thru now. Never said. Maybe we can discuss it. Anyone have any ideas? I say, since it is Lenten... let's do fish sandwiches. (Not that I am Catholic, but some are)

Fish! Sounds like a good idea to me.

There's a lot you can do with that. Grilled, blackened, fried, baked. ... I like.

I'm under the impression that the namesake "sandwich of the month" is just a suggestion, and all sandwiches are welcome.
