Was it the Jack? I bet you it was the Jack! Copious amounts of the stuff can be counterproductive....as well as a lot of tiny ripe ones that I don't have the will to pick.
What is more impressive than the tables full of chillies is that you drink a whole bottle of Jack every time you harvest!
Thanks Buddy, you had some terrific harvests, don't sell your season short.amazing. your last harvest looks better than my best harvest!
Yeah, let's blame it on the Jack. Yeah, that's the ticket. Was it the Jack? I bet you it was the Jack! Copious amounts of the stuff can be counterproductive....
Thanks, that last harvest was the fastest one of the season since I didn't need to hunt for the pods. That's a nice last harvest. It must have taken a little time to pick all those pods.
Appreciated, it was my pleasure.Amazing season, Surfer. Thanks for taking us along for the ride.
Thanks Ryan.Wow crazy seeing those plants with no leaves and pods! Another great season SS! Excellent last harvest as well, Heres to you
Nope, weeds and seeds are smothered by the landscape fabric and plastic mulch. With the amount of ripe peppers left on the plants do you get any self sown chillis the next season pop up???
Thanks Dan, but if it didn't ever end we'd miss the fun of starting all of those new seedlings each year.Great looking final harvest Bob. It sure is sad to see the season end.
Yep, and processing them always reminds me of just how many there are. That is a whole lot of chilli.
Thanks Ela, glad you enjoyed it.+1
Nice SS I love your thread
No, some were sunburned and tossed, but a frost only damages the plant and didn't hurt the pods.Nice season. Didn't the frost cause mushy pods???
Thanks Bramdon, I was ready for a break. Next season will be better. I keep telling myself that anyway.I'm gonna miss seeing that table filled with pods this winter!
Great GL SS, Had a great time keeping up with it.
Inspirational.
Brandon
Yep.OKAY-NOW is the time for the Jack!
" Nice season. Didn't the frost cause mushy pods??? "
