Getting these planted out today is near the top of the to do list.
 
A couple of young cayennes, both loaded with pods and flowers. The closer one is a Long Thin Cayenne and the other is a Ring Of Fire Cayenne.

I see you're into stuffing peppers, and they look REALLY good!
 
Have you ever tried the Ancho (Poblamo)? They don't have a bell or hatch flavor; they are a dark green, and have just a touch of warmth. We both stuff and stir fry them.

I think I have about two dozen various Rocotos going now, and they seem to be doing pretty well.

A little shout out to GIP, the Equidorian Sweet Rocoto seeds I got from him are producing much nicer plants than the seeds I tried from APS.

I cannot tell you first hand as this is the first I have grown them. Here is Refining Fires Chilis description:

Antep Aci Dolma-(Capsicum annuum)-The Antep Aci Dolma is large sweet bell pepper type developed by researchers at Ankara University in the country of Turkey, They can grow to the size of a grapefruit. But what makes them unique is they are much sweeter than most bell types and also have the heat level of a hot Jalapeno type! The Antep Aci dolma ripen from green to dark red. The skin has large wrinkles and folds in the outer flesh and is very thick. The Antep Aci Dolma Chile plants grow over 4 feet tall. The peppers are great for roasting, stuffing, sauces and salads.

I will give a report as soon as I get a nice red one.
 
A Mucho Nacho Jalapeno just about ripe and ready to party in my belly. It is true hell waiting for jalapenos to get ripe, but certainly well worth it.

I have hopes for these plants, Tibetan Lhasa, first year growing them. They are supposed to be similar heat to jalapeno and hopeully the flavor will be good.
