Now I have fired this puppy up, but I'll add that little adventure a little later. :D

P.S. If these pics are sideways, TS. I've played with the "exif", including deleting it, and they still look sideways.

I know it's  been a while, but thought I'd still share. So, here's that first cook I did.

It's a butt time! Found a pretty good deal on this 11 pounder.

Time to eat, with a little homemade mac-n-cheese. This was excellent!

Now I know its only one cook, but I gotta say this WSM is the shitz! Wish I hadda bought one sooner. If you don't have one and you ever get the chance, BUY IT! You'll be glad you did.

Your pork looks amazing! And I second the WSM. They are amazing cookers.

I just got a new toy. A vintage Weber wok!
It was rusty, but I took it down to barest then seasoned it. Did my first stir fry today!

Sliced some pork loin really thin and marinated it all day while I chopped up vegetables for hours. Then it was time to wok it like I talk it.

I'm out of charcoal, and havent gotten the retort finished so I had to improvise

That top chimney gets really hot. Ask me how I know...

Peppers and onions!

Bok choy, carrots, broccoli, snap peas(sliced) and mushrooms.

Added the meat back in, with more liquid aminos, red wine vinegar, and some sesame stir fry sauce I got at the store. I marinated the pork in the same stuff, but with some minced garlic and Worcestershire

I added a pot of rice I cooked too, but I guess I didnt get a picture of that

Walchit your inbox is full lol. I have a question for you.

If I was a little smarter I would be doing better, but I'm still up a little bit on a couple that are keeping me afloat. Everything is down right now though, so no island yet
