Seeing all this good looking food,has now got me hungry. 
Date night at home; pork chop from the farmer, roasted garlic mashed with mushroom gravy and some cauliflower baked with goat cheese.

Pot roast with home grown onion/carrot/taters/garlic in a nice jus with homemade tomato chive focaccia.

I used to make those every week at a restaurant where I used to cook. A heap of grilled, thin sliced day-old meatloaf on grilled rye bread with swiss. 
The best thing about pot roast is the smell in the house ... one of my favorites ...
Brunchimus Maximus. Cubano type; shredded roast pork, pepper jack, avocado, pickle slices, crispy Benton's bacon, thinly sliced onion, dijon, colby jack, over easy egg, home fries. Buddy's #13 red jalapeno & garlic hot sauce. The hangover..... It is kaput!

Mmmm! I used to make some killer salisbury steak at a restaurant where I used to prep/line cook. We sold the hell out of that stuff every week. It had more of a tomato based sauce - yours looks even better!
edit: Crap. I just realized I was thinking of Swiss steak. Either way, yours looks awesome!
