We were supposed to get a frost last night so we went out back and gathered up all we could. I pickled about 8 quarts of green tomatoes and fried up the rest.
Served them with a roasted garlic remoulade and some of GiP's Kiss the Sun hot sauce, which was excellent! Also discovered Breckenridge makes better beer than bourbon lol.
