Not sure why I've never smoked a loin before. It was fairly quick, and way much delicious.

More stuffs from yesterday. I loved making a rib sandwich so bad last time I had to do it again. But this time slider style using different sauces on each. One of them is a ghost pepper Carolina style bbq sauce that is super hot, but oh so tasty.
