First off is the same reaper buttermilk and seasoned flour from the other night.  The first sauce is Yeungling's Hot wing sauce and chopped habaneros, serranos, and garlic.  The second is just Mae Ploy sweet chile sauce and wasabi sesame seeds.
 
You've never had Mae Ploy sauce?  Its a sweet chili sauce which is perfect with the super spicy breaded wings.  Its kind of like that sticky Seattle sauce whatever it is called.

Ultimate chicken sandwich take 3
 
Same fried chicken thighs soaked in buttermilk and reaper sauce then a cakeflour chile powder seasoning salt dredge.  Fried and dried.  I melted monterey jack cheese over it in the oven.  Buttered kaiser roll that I lightly toasted then spread with mayonnaise.  Next is a bed of lettuce, pickled peppers, bacon, the chicken, and finally that same Jak Jeckle's SOL on the top bun (that also has mayo).  It is good.  Still not sure which I like best.  There is something about that simple chicken and pickles on a buttered bun that is still calling me.  I have one left!
