So during a trip to the local F**kland, I found some steak on special. Therefore, it was time to fire up the weber. Never cooked steak on a Weber before, only on a gas grill, hot plates, and in pans on the stove.
Anyway.
Economy Class steak

Looks a bit torn up thanks to shit cheap serrated knives. I keep forgetting to purchase a proper knife set... I hate serrated knives more than I hate cauliflower, and the sharpest knives in my house are a Swiss Army Knife and a 25 year old Leatherman Multi-tool.
All that needs is salt, pepper, garlic powder and your favourite chilli powder. Low n slow for about 3 hours with some mesquite and you're in flavour country. Finish internal temp 62C/145F.
This was Rump and Scotch Fillet, although the so-called "budget" versions that also happened to be on special. There is a separate "full priced" line, which is probably better. I thought of indirectly cooking steak, but never got around to it. Will try some real cheap ass stuff next time indirectly slowly, see what happens.
Chuck eyes and eggs a few nights ago! I've eaten steak and eggs at 3 in the morning after a good drunk so many times but it never gets old. Grits covered with perfect eggs covered with some Crystal mixed with hashbrowns is God level "Good Eats"!!
