STEAK OSCAR........21 day, wet aged fillet (a steal at $25.99/lb!) cooked to a perfect med-rare.......lump blue crab, homemade bearnaise, roasted garlic smashed red potatoes, and steamed, marinaded aspargus (otherwise known as the veg of the GODS!):
