Another win for the good guys.


I am getting more enjoyment out os seeing this than the peppers at this point. Right now it is all about the rocoto for me. More pods setting and tons of flowers on the plants.
 
Nice money shot Terry! I hear ya 'bout easing the pepper plants towards the exit... I've got enough heat stockpiled to carry me through 'til harvest next year, so I'm not watering the chiles to encourage them to ripen what they have and not produce more. Any chance of pics of your fermented sauces?

Red ferment. Aji Margariteno, Aji Rosita, Red BBG7 and some superhot reds that Randy sent me. Garlic, carrots and 4% salt.

Yellow ferment. MOA, Aji Jobito and some ot RandyP's yellow supers. Pineapple, mango, onion, ginger, garlic and 4% salt.

I put 2 Tbspn of sourdough hooch in each to kick start them.

Does anyone know what this is? I have noticed some of tgese along with some small holes on pods. It has two very long antenna and is very quick. This is the first one I have been able to catch.

 LOL, One year is all it took of 4 plants of Cayenne's and we were done with them. I can't imagine all those tiny ones.
 
Are you ready for winter? You need the break ;)  Garlic season is among us. And here we go again.....
