Thanks, that big one was the ripest. I probably should have let the others go a bit longer.

It may be coincidence but one my habanero hot lemon had a bleeding calyx. I'll have to keep an eye on that. Would be neat to get another pod type with color bleed.

Nice man it's fun when unexpected stuff pops up. One of my yellow BBG plants is putting out white pods   don't wanna jinx it but I think they are staying white and they have a nice fat calyx that is also starting to turn white.

Here's one I am really looking forward to trying and seeing what color they will ripen to.

All the pics below are my Pink tiger x Caramel Moruga cross.  They start green you can see in first pic I circled a small pod in red, then they turn dark purple as you can see in the second picture, then they are starting to go back to green as they are ripening. If they turned caramel I would be really stoked.

Hey, no matter what color they wind up..they're bad ass :D
Thank you sir, it should be fun to see what pops up out of them next year. Cheers

A few early morning pics-

I told myself 4ft rows between the base of plants would be enough room. This is one of those time's I'm glad I was wrong :D

Beautiful photography ... Thank you for the update ... Do you ever hear from Greg (Pic1) he also valued the bonnet
Thank you sir. Last time I talked with Greg was when he sent me some seed in early spring. Hope to see him back and posting soon. Someone mentioned he may have went to France.??

I have found no matter what space I give them they grow to fill the rows. 4 foot apart only gives each plant 2 foot from base to the outside before they touch, I gave up!

Great looking garden!
Thanks homie. I didn't have very high expectations this year  :D  Considering last year I put all my plants int he ground then we had frost and hail, so I ripped everything out and planted beans  :banghead:

Beautiful looking pods and plants! I'm curious about the Islander ond FruitGUM. The former, is that a sweet pepper? And the latter, is it a personal cross?
Thanks for stopping by. Islander is a sweet bell pepper the fruits ripen through a showy stage of violet, yellow and orange streaks and eventually turning a rich very dark red.

The fruteGum is a mojo peppers creation-  a cross between Cabai Burung Ungu (frutescens) x Bubblegum 7 pot (chinense)

Cheers

WOW, great grow and great crosses going on in your garden. The USBC Brown looks close to mine last year, they looked a lot like Brain Strain pods. The Scotch Brain is a great creation of Greg, it's been a while that I've spoken with him to. Did know he planned on traveling even more then he did before, enjoying the life :)

I know Greg was close to retirement 2 years ago, so that has happened by now. Good on him for fulfilling his dreams. I know he loves to cook. Who here hasn't experienced his sauces? Best I've ever had ;)

As for your garden: just killer! I've tried 5' between plants and rows in years past, they filled the rows (don't go by my dismal grow this year) so it's all good. And congrats on the jungle and all of it's produce!

Sounds very exciting. Is the fruteGum a stable cross yet? The pods looked really cool.
