Here's todays treat. Had four Victory Yakimas tonight sorry forgot the pictures,. You just have to trust me. Here is the wonderful creation that cam eout of it. I have to credit BOUTROS or whomever that was with the tuna on the beach the other night.

OMG seared tuna cooked R/MR... awesome! I love it. It's one of my faves and haven't had it in so long. It's like eating sushi and steak at the same time.
 
Let's call this "Teh brown mess", both today and tomorrow it will be.

Saute an onion with a clove of garlic and a fatalii.

You should have already stripped the meat from a t-bone steak and added it, keep up would you!

Whilst waiting for the steak to brown "butter" some bread with tartare sauce. On one slice place some home grown tomato and on the other slice place some noice processed cheese. This will help hold it together when you nuke it.
After your steak is browned add it to your sammich with some chopped up yellow congo pepper to taste.

Now nuke it for around 40 seconds and cut it with a knife.
