Uh Oh!!! It's Saturday here in Miami. Gonna rock out with our conchs out!!
Picked up a bottle of Trinimikes caribbean hot. Great stuff, want to review it on a different thread.
Me and Sum gonna get our Busch on, and make some Cracked Conch.
It's a caribbean thing. I get fresh conch from the market, they run it through a meat beater.
I used to beat the meat myself, but I find it's easier to have the guy from the fish market do it for me. What??
Slice, soak in evaporated milk, batter in cracker meal, deep fry. Serve with hot sauce and light beer.
We should be able to handle that with impending intoxication, right???

Used to be a place either on Merritt Island or in Cocoa that sold a great Conch Po-Boy. Why is it the really great places to get the really great food like that always make you wonder if you want to eat there when you pull up?
