That looks pretty damn good TB! Not sure what the beer in the pic is, but I've had a lot of good czech beers.

Prazdroij...aka Pilsner Urquell. I haven't had more than a few Czech beers but I really dig them.

With fish taco's, I really like cabbage like they do them in May-hee-ko but cabbage has a Tales From the Loo effect on me so I sub carrots now and then. They are more or less neutral and add some crunch and just good for the overall veggie healthy factor. I need the rabbit food and the fish to offset the bad juju stuff I eated on the weekend.

Cabbage eh...

Howz dis MutantHellCabbage for ya?

This is how to kill a hangover. This is a New Orleans favorite and a favorite of mine as well. Cheezy Bicuits with Sausage Gravy and a Bloody Mary:

Bon appetite drunkards!

mmmmmmmm hangover. Actually I haven't been hung in years. And while I'm not a biscuit and gravy fan, mrs. blues would rob you at gunpoint to get a plate of that Jay! Well done sir.

Cracking first hosky in one hour. Tonights mayhem....batch of pequin sauce. Marinading 6 flanks of salmon for smoking. Have a flank of steelhead for more chaos...what to do...what to do...

Double points for the double pork!! However, I usually omit the sausage from the gravy by making it with just some of the pan drippings. I can't believe I'm saying this but;

It seems less heavy that way. ;)

Not starting to drink until 9pm on Saturday?

It was 6pm here. I dunno...I went and rehearsed for another hour after that so yeah, I guess I did get a late start. Late enough I didn't get to the steelhead.

Sausage gravy begins with browned sausage in a cast iron. Then remove the meat with a slotted spoon. Add flour and mix with a wodden spoon or whisk. If it gets too thick add a little butter or oil. Then add some heavy cream and whisk until you get a nice thick gravy. Add the sausage back and pour over fresh warm biscuits. I made some cheddar garlic ones.

JayT that looks awesome but it needs a sunny side up egg on top!

Aiit peeps. The SoFlo Posse has been out of the loop for a bit due to some "infrastructual upgrades" to the SoFlo Skunkwerks.
Peep this:

Shiny, I know, but it doesn't mean we're not bringing the heat for the next throwdown!
FD4 is also in "infrastructual upgrade" mode, but NO WORRIES... we saved a bit of the wood counter top for "nostalgic purposes"... and a chickee bar!

I knew you bastiges were up to something! i also know you know that I know what you know and will be bringin' the fiyah'. Don't forget the Busch Light and the Keystone.

We actually built Sum's new kitchen cabinets out of my old countertop.

...out of one piece of wood.

JT, I love biscuits and gravy! That looks awesome, gonna have to try it with cheese biscuits next time. One time in a pinch, I tried to make it with some morningstar vegetarian sausage my wife had in the freezer. It didn't work.

TB, were you going to share those 6 flanks of salmon, or were you just bragging?
