I kept it simple ya'll in the Blues Kitchen last eve. Fired up the dutch and had some nice 51/60's. Dredged the shrimpsters in flour with pequin powder, eggwash and into the flaming oil. I don't like store bought cocktail sauce so I make my own. Ketchup, worster, squeezin's of lime juice, my hab sauce, and horseradish. I like it hot so your teeth rattle and your nose hairs stand up.

I kept it KISS...keep it simple stupid!

I eated them all after watchin' the Pacqiao/Cotto fight. Dig it!
 
Well, I got a sixer of pints..so 4/6 :D

*i'm not that fond of shrimp or it woulda been higher as ya did it up perfectly otherwise.

Well, it's Sunday night here in Amishland. All the Amish have gone to bed with their God-fearing selves, but here the kitchen is rockin'. I have had enough of the bbq chicken and have decided it is time for a kick-arse stromboli. The contents of the following are PG-13. Layer of fresh mozzarella, hickory smoked ham, pork roll, habanero cheese, cappicola, pepperoni, another layer of mozzarella. I am eating it with a side of marinara and srirachi.

Got to confess I'm one who doesn't know what a pork roll is. Oh, you're talking about Taylor ham right? My ex is from Jersey.

French bread, smoked turkey, spot of mayo, goat cheese, arbol/garlic powder, and both Hippy's Naga Pepper & Skobian T.Scorpian sauce. :twisted:
