food The Drunken Chef

Yeh, I always liked it but hadn't thought to get any lately as it's kinda pricey around here.

My last time out shopping, I spied a 2.5 lb bag of crumbled goat cheese for $5 and just couldn't pass it up. :)

I think it's a food service type bag designed for salads and the like, but that's fine for me.

2 pounds for 7$? Wow! Thats crazy! The 'thang about goat cheese is it's lower in cholesterole than regular cheese. And oh so sharp. I can dig it. The bad is that it doesn't match up with fish..blech!
I will be taunting you more with further shrimp taco porn....that's a FAIL on the PBR rating I know...
What can I do though...

idk of counts as drunk chef..lol...bt i put liek a tsp of Skobian in about 20oz of beer, with ice.

Heheh, I dunno...

I picked up that habit from an old cowboy dude in a bar I used to frequent. He'd order a pint glass of ice and a Miller High Life.

He said he liked it COLD. And if it's melting, ya drinking too slow. :D

I only do that with the cheep stuff like natty/pbr/etc. Not "good" beers.
 
Does hot sauce and ice make PBR more drinkable? I have only ever had it when already drunk at a party or something like that. Speaking of which I think it is high time I break out the growler of Lancaster's Winter Warmer. Excuse me for a minute.

Hey ya'll...last night I had some more shrimp. Saute'd with garlic, onion,cilantro, red bell pepper, sundrieds, pequins, chix stock and rice, all up in the cast iron. This stuff begged for squeezin's of lime and Tres Puta's Pequin sauce on a melty tortilla...
