food The Drunken Chef

I made my homemade Chinese honey mustard right in my folk's kitchen right before dinner...I thought no-one would touch it, eh?

One guy tried some and liked it, and so after some prodding Mom tried a taste on the Ham..and she LOVED it. Actually kept the bowl of it I made. :D

Now I gotta make up a couple jars worth for my sis and mom...lol!

I'll convert 'em yet. :twisted:

I did take pix of the dinner table, but our buddy Dave was hogging the mustard dish so ya can't see it. My Fam's house is cacophony and loud chaos...everyone talks at once...it's nutz.

I didn't get to take pics of the sauce as Mom was yelling to come eat NOW...then it got eaten. ;)

Our rendition of steak-n-taters:

Here is the roundup. Thick-cut sirloin (about 14-16oz. each) corn, semi-hot bell-ish peppers, habs, giant baking potatoes.....etc....etc...

I'm drinkin' tequila sunrises as of now....that is...after my 4 hosky appetizer.....teh Samiclaus will come 'wit 'da entree....great buzz goin' on and it's all legal!! Tonight I shall incorporate mezcal, tequila, cheap beer, and Samiclaus into a alcoholic fueled ultimate volcanic shite storm of mojofied WIN!

That does look rather good Paul, i would however increase the temperature of the room that you passed your moooo through a couple of degrees!
