the other night we listened to Peer Gynt Suite No. 1, Op. 46: IV. I Dovregubbens hall (In the Hall of the Mountain King) on repeat for like 30 mins while DC'ing by accident because Apple totally fux0red the UI/UX for iTunes ... I thought I was losing my mind ...
I always thought it was just the ADHD ... but I've since learned that it's the hypomania that makes me so very special ...
tonight we threw on motley crew of tunage ... during the meat sealing we listened to ellie goulding's halcyon, through cooking we listened to bruno mars unorthodox jukebox (i want gorillas as the first dance if i marry), and we finished it up a bit harder w/ green day's classic, dookie ...
i have to put my head back down and rock out some kitchens - so i'm queueing up some deadmau5 - because i want to take 3 of the 4 days completely off work here in the next few days ...
cut up some heirloom maters to cut the gritty madras ...
smells like hot heaven up in here ...
tastes pretty good, too ...
sorbet to cool the taste buds and wipe the palette ...
and i found a little forgotten treasure in the freezer, some andouille that i'll have to tranform into something over the weekend ...
ideas for utilizing them post being frozen welcome!
