its mac and cheeze!!!! pork was crisped in the toaster oven with mac,warming up leftovers. the original butt was on the smoke for 9 hours!

there was a awesome potato salad it was just all gone by the time i got to eat last night.

Tonight's dinner. The ingredients:

Followed by beer. I like to give it a little stir. I used a Java Stout. Works good with a lot of dark beers. I wouldn't use a bud light (or any yellowish beer
) for this under any circumstances.

Beer good. Ice cream good. Beer + ice cream = good. Beer and ice cream go together like bread and butter, cucumbers and peanut butter, mac and cheese, hot dogs and mustard, etc. :P

Think of it as a root beer float with alcohol. imho it's important to use a good dark malty/"chocolatey" beer. I can't imagine how awful it would be with a "yellow" beer (or pretty much any macro brew regardless of color) and I'm not willing to find out. Better ice cream helps too. I prefer using better ice cream like Breyer's, Dreyer's, or Haagen-Dazs but the crap in the picture was on sale 5 qts. for $3.50 so I've been trying to kill the tub for months.
