PS- Hank is the proprietor of our local grocery store.  I don't know what the east coast equivalent would be.  There are a couple grocery store chains in the NW that are , I guess franchises would be the best analogy.  They're named "Hank's Harvest Foods" or Gene's Harvest Foods" etc.  And each one is vastly different.  Our Hank's market brings in fresh seafood, cuts meat in house, makes their own sausages and pepperoni.  Gene's (in Omak) is a little POS hole in the wall.  I wouldn't buy a pack of meat out of there for anything.
