I've always said that I'm notorious. I could smell that scotch through teh internextes.
 
Well....here we go! Tonight on the drunken chef, I submit for your pleasure.....

.....shrimp pasta!

Here is a roundup of the ingredients, minus the big can of cream of mushroom. I used a small can instead. We have 2 and 1/2 pounds of shrimp, crimini mushrooms, onion, P. Prudhomme, seasoning, cream, mushroom soup, thin spaghetti...

First....Bradley cooked the spaghetti.....it was perfectly done!

Then, on to the onions and mushrooms....sauteed in the cast iron by my son:

....aaaaand here is the backside!

Toss in the shrimp at the end....

...then fold in the well-drained pasta:

Bring to the table, plate it up, add some crusty bread....and WHAM!!!

You wouldn't happen to want to adopt a middle aged man would you? :lol: That looks great!!! I could almost smell the onions and mushrooms cooking.

Ahhh... I was thinking the same thing....
 
K, just generic mac, boiled the meat (actually well-seasoned leftover meat) in the water with the mac...stuff added. topped weit parmn.
