Just finished grinding

Smoked Green Jalapeños

Half were smoked for 4 hours with Applewood and the other half werjust dried. Gave it a great smoky Jalapeño flavor.

So ... I was going to grill a couple of burgers for D and I in the Griddler real quick ... and then I saw RM's 'breakfast' ... and then the phone rang and it was D's mom ...
 
So ... knowing I now had an eternity, I decided to pressure cook some chilli because I got a little jealous and wanted something Texan to get in the spirit of my next build (CY Stingray 500) ...
 
What to do ... D's on the phone ... bust out the Lytro for the pics ... I'll unpack jpg's from the binary and we'll do this thing ...
 
It's rainy and I know I'm not going to fly anything today, so I'll have my first alcohol of '14 just to meet the spec ... stupid vodka shooters, I'll just use the shot glass holder instead ...
