I have only one thing to say TB...... WOW!!!!!!!

WOW!!!
When did Drunken Chef turn into Lobster Tacos and Venison Fajitas? Must be an omen...2010 is going to be a crazy-ass THP year. Looks good guys.

I'm still displaced from my construction-site of a home. Hope to be back by christmas, passed out from spiked eggnog, cookin up some vittles soflo-style.

Merry Christmas, Happy New Year (and have a nice Friday, if you don't celebrate anything) to the whole Drunken Chef Family. Cheers!

I did Frydad, but the only pics I took of it were my phone and they didn't turn out. It was an ugly 6-point anyway. The horns were all busted up, but the meat sure tastes good.

Ok, you wake up on a cold winter morning. A pot of chili is in the near future, but first: a bloody mary. You get out the big glass, rim it with a nice bbq rub, fill it with ice and then vodka, then... you realize that you are out of tomato juice. A quick look out the window and you realize that you are going nowhere soon. A good six inches of snow on the driveway you already shoveled twice. And that nice man that plows your parking lot, well he has managed to push two feet of packed snow into the end of your driveway. What do you do? Give up? Hell no! You are a Drunken Chef, this drink will be made!

Improvise and overcome. Stay thirsty my friends.

Oh...I don't know....I can see where he's going with it.

Besides....after the first one, who'd care?

***Any breakfast creativity on deck this morning?

I thinned out the soup with a little water and a whisk if that helps. Oh man THP the bbq rub on the rim is awesome. I had it at an airport once and have been doing it ever since. Give it a try.

Paul, no brekky, but the JayT's Deer -n- Beer Chili w/ bhut cornbread is on the way...

In fact here are the chili prep pics:

First, the browning of the smoked sausage and the venison tenderloin:

Only one deer and two beers were harmed during the filming of this episode of the Drunken Chef.

Here's the preppy pics of the Bhut Cheddar Cornbread. This contains cornmeal, flour, baking powder, eggs, milk, butter, salt, sugar, cheddar cheese and Bhut Jolokia.

The wet ingredients and Bhut.
