Awesome lineup dude, I hope to follow in your footsteps.
 
I am currently drinking my favorite DIPA Bell's Hopslam and making a helluva mess of the kitchen while home with a sick child.  He's feeling much better today and should have been in school, but he got sick yesterday and rules is rules.  I made a version of Shepherd's Pie and four burgers with sauteed mushrooms and onions.  Pics somewhere later if my phoane cooperates, and after our nap.
 
Italian beef sandwiches are among my favorite sandwiches. When I make them I make a roast in the oven on a rack thats been seasoned with Italian style stuff and has a pan below it with beef stock. Then I partially freeze it and slice it as thin as I can. Then comes the pan cooked green pepper and giardinera. AND THEN THE DIP! Sorry no bourbon in the pics, it was definitely in my tummy!

Hi guys, just a post to greet you!
 
Here some spiced thay rice:

spiced with an unknown hot mix from middle east, some dried hot annuum, dried garlic, cumin seed, cilantro seeds, turmeric, black pepper mix, pan fried with onion.
Cooked with some wine, got a good Kwak to aid me cooking.

I really liked that spice mix!

Rice was better yesterday.
That encona sauce is very sweet, it's good.
 
Beers were fabulous.
Rocheforf 6 just very good.
Rochefort 8 and St Bernardus Abt 12 well, the first time with them and now among my favorites. Maybe Abt 12 takes the cake but 8 is more particular.
 
Let's be honest here, I was not even remotely sober when I decided to do this. Local shop had steak on special, so ate the first half 4 days ago, now for the second 2 pieces which has been marinating in olive oil for 4 days. 
 
My pepper grinder decided to blow up like a dickhead while seasoning my peas, sending shit all over my stove, floor, etc, but vacuuming day is not for another 2 weeks, coz my vaccum cleanier is a pain in the ass crock of shit. The lil bastard pepper thing  is ashamed and has decided to hide in this pic.
