Here some spiced thay rice:
spiced with an unknown hot mix from middle east, some dried hot annuum, dried garlic, cumin seed, cilantro seeds, turmeric, black pepper mix, pan fried with onion.
Cooked with some wine, got a good Kwak to aid me cooking.
And a Cherry Couffe while eating.
I really liked that spice mix!
Belgian beers are good!
